Ember has no sign-up, no cloud, no analytics and no ads. Your rituals, appreciations and decisions live on your phone. The Vault is encrypted with a key that never leaves the phone, so even a backup only carries scrambled data. Purchases go through the App Store or Google Play and are checked by RevenueCat with an anonymous id; nothing you write is ever sent. Read the privacy policy for the detail.
Ember
A monthly ritual for the two of you. One evening, one phone between you: guided conversation, decisions that actually get followed up and a fire you keep alight together.
Google PlayPrivacy policy

An hour a month that belongs to nobody else.
One evening a month
Pick your night, say Third Fridays, and Ember guides 25, 40 or 60 minutes: land, appreciate each other, draw conversation cards, review what you decided, seal the month. A tender month brings gentler Repair cards, each with a line to read aloud if things heat up.
Decisions that come back
Whatever you decide is waiting at the next ritual until it is done or let go. The app holds the open threads, so neither of you has to be the one who remembers.
A Vault with two keys
Each of you answers privately, behind your own PIN. Only what you both said yes or curious to is ever shown. A no is never revealed, and the Vault is encrypted on your phone with a key that never leaves it, so a backup holds nothing anyone can read.
Made for the two of you, on one phone.
Set the table together, put the phone down between you and let the cards do the asking.

No account. No server. Nothing you write leaves your phone.
