Privacy Policy

Website & contact form · Last updated 10 June 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how Novaire Digital Pty Ltd ("Novaire Digital", "we", "our") collects, uses, and protects information when you visit novairedigital.com (the "Site") or get in touch with us. It covers the website itself. Our individual apps each have their own privacy policy, including Luna Journal and Meridian Clock. The short version: the only personal information we collect is what you choose to send us through the contact form, and we never sell it.

1. Who we are

Novaire Digital Pty Ltd is a one-person app studio and is responsible for the personal information handled through this Site. For any privacy question or request, contact hellonovairedigital@gmail.com.

2. Information we collect

2.1 Information you give us

When you use the contact form, we collect what you enter:

  • Your name and email address.
  • Your message.
  • The topic you choose (feedback, feature request, bug report, app idea or other) and, optionally, which app your message is about.

We ask only for what we need to reply. Please don't send us sensitive information through the form.

2.2 Information collected automatically

  • Aggregate analytics. We use Vercel Analytics to understand how the Site is used overall, such as which pages are viewed, rough country, and device or browser type. It is privacy-friendly and cookieless: it does not build a profile of you or identify you personally.
  • Hosting and security data. Our hosting provider (Vercel) processes standard technical data such as your IP address and request details to serve the Site securely and reliably. We do not use this to identify you.

3. How we use your information

  • To read and reply to your enquiry, feedback, feature request or bug report.
  • To keep a record of our correspondence with you.
  • To understand, in aggregate, how the Site is used so we can improve it.
  • To keep the Site secure and prevent spam and abuse (the contact form uses a simple anti-spam check).

4. Legal bases (EEA and UK visitors)

If you are in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, we rely on these legal bases: your request and consent when you submit the contact form, and our legitimate interests in keeping the Site secure and understanding aggregate usage.

5. How we share your information

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We use a small number of trusted service providers to run the Site, who process information on our behalf:

We may also disclose information if required by law, or to protect our rights, safety, or property.

6. International data transfers

Our providers operate globally, so your information may be processed on servers outside Australia, including in the United States. We take reasonable steps to ensure it stays protected wherever it is handled.

7. How long we keep it

We keep contact-form emails for as long as they remain relevant — to handle your enquiry and as a record of our correspondence. If you'd like your message deleted sooner, just ask (see your rights below). Analytics data is aggregated and is not linked to you.

8. Cookies

The Site does not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies, and our analytics are cookieless. Any cookies used are strictly necessary for the Site to work.

9. Your rights and choices

Depending on where you live (for example, under the Australian Privacy Principles, the GDPR, or the UK GDPR), you may have the right to access the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, object to or restrict how we use it, and withdraw consent. To make a request, email hellonovairedigital@gmail.com and we'll action it.

If you are in Australia and are not satisfied with how we handle a privacy matter, you can also contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC) at oaic.gov.au.

10. Children's privacy

The Site is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has sent us personal information, please contact us and we will delete it.

11. Security

We use reputable providers and all traffic to the Site uses HTTPS (TLS). No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your information.

12. Links to other sites

The Site links to third-party services such as app stores and social media. We are not responsible for their privacy practices, so please review their own policies.

13. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will reflect any changes by updating the "Last updated" date above.
