Terms of use
These terms apply when you use Onread, an app made by Novaire Digital in Australia. By using Onread you agree to them.
Who can use Onread
You must be 18 or over.
What a read is, and is not
A read is an automated, AI-generated interpretation of text. Text leaves out tone, context and everything that happens in person, so a read can be wrong. It is not professional, psychological, medical, legal or relationship advice. Decisions about your relationships are yours.
If you are worried about your safety or someone else’s, contact emergency services or a support line. Onread’s safety check is automatic and can miss things.
Using Onread fairly
Only submit conversations you are part of. Do not use Onread to harass, monitor, pressure or deceive anyone. Do not use it to work around someone’s clear no. Onread will not help with manipulation, and we may limit access if it is misused.
Free reads and Onread Pro
The free plan includes a number of reads each week, shown in the app. Safety responses are always free. Onread Pro gives unlimited reads, subject to a fair-use limit per day that protects the service.
Onread Pro is an auto-renewing subscription, billed monthly or yearly through Apple or Google at the price shown before you subscribe. If a free trial is offered, you are charged when it ends unless you cancel at least 24 hours before. The subscription renews automatically unless you turn off auto-renew at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel it at any time in your App Store or Google Play account settings. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.
Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their policies. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
Changes to Onread
We may change or improve Onread, including the AI models it uses. If a change materially affects a paid feature, we will tell you in the app.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, Novaire Digital is not liable for decisions you make based on a read, or for indirect or consequential loss. Where the Australian Consumer Law gives you guarantees that cannot be excluded, our liability is limited as that law allows.
